Luke Marshall
Luke Marshall’s love for landscape design began in childhood, shaping his parents’ garden into paths, borders and trees from age ten. That passion led him to study at LCGD Melbourne, where he turned creativity into craft. Now, he designs gardens that transform both spaces and the people within them. Emily Rubira
Emily Rubira is an award-winning landscape designer, whose work blends refined planting, lush greenery and a deep commitment to place and biodiversity. Transitioning from a corporate career, she completed her studies at LCGD Melbourne and quickly made her mark by winning a Gold Medal and Award of Excellence for States of Green at the 2025 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show (proudly alongside fellow graduate Zoe Rush). Emily’s designs reflect both creativity and purpose, crafting outdoor spaces that captivate the eye, nurture the natural world and connect people meaningfully to their surroundings.
Katherine Milson
During lockdown, Katherine turned her passion for gardening into a new career path. Seeking a more hands-on, creative study option, she joined LCGD Melbourne - “a launchpad to my new career.”
Now, she’s growing her business, Green Monday.

Andy Sargood
After completing the Garden Design Program at LCGD Melbourne and receiving the Student of the Year award, Andy Sargood has gone on to work with leading Victorian landscape architecture practice BWLA. His work reflects the strong design thinking and planting knowledge developed during his studies, and a commitment to creating thoughtful, contemporary Australian gardens.
