Andrew Fisher Tomlin Named One of Hort Week’s People of the Year
We are delighted to share that Andrew Fisher Tomlin, Director of the London College of Garden Design in London and Australia, has been named one of Hort Week’s People of the Year for his contribution to the profession as author of the international bestseller The Modern Professional Planting Designer.
Andrew is recognised around the world as a leader in garden design education and contemporary landscape design. His influence extends across teaching, practice, authorship and advocacy, and this award highlights the remarkable impact he continues to have on the global design community.
A Leader in Garden and Landscape Design
A Chartered Horticulturist and Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Horticulture and the Society of Garden Designers, Andrew has spent more than thirty years shaping award winning gardens throughout the UK, Australia, the United States and New Zealand.
As co founder of Fisher Tomlin and Bowyer, he has led one of the most respected planting design and landscape design practices in the industry. His work is known for its emphasis on sustainability, environmental responsibility and meaningful connection to place.
